Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India.
Orders are delivered through multiple reputed courier partners integrated via our shipping management platform to ensure the best available delivery service for your location.
Delivery availability may vary depending on pin code serviceability.
Order Processing & Dispatch Time
- Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24 hours of successful order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during high-volume sale periods may experience slight processing delays.
- Dispatch timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational circumstances.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: Approximately 3–6 business days
- Other Locations: Approximately 5–9 business days
- Remote or Non-Serviceable Areas: Additional time may be required depending on courier availability
Actual delivery timelines may vary due to:

- regional restrictions
- operational disruptions
- high shipment volumes
Van Rishi shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Shipping Charges
We currently offer Free Shipping Across India on all eligible prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders unless stated otherwise during checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible Indian pin codes.
Van Rishi reserves the right to:
- restrict COD availability for certain locations
- cancel suspicious or unverifiable COD orders
- request prepaid confirmation for high-risk orders
Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in future order restrictions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through:
- SMS
- WhatsApp (where applicable)
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details and delivery address information during checkout.
Packaging Standards
All Van Rishi products are packed with protective packaging standards suitable for glass jar transportation.
Despite careful packaging, glass containers remain fragile and may occasionally be impacted during transit by external handling conditions.
Damaged, Broken, or Leaked Deliveries
If your order arrives:
- damaged
- broken
- leaked
- tampered
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photographs of:
- outer package
- shipping label
- damaged product
- A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
The unboxing video is mandatory for claim verification.
Claims submitted without a continuous unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.
After verification, eligible cases may receive:
- replacement product
- store credit
- refund (if replacement unavailable)
Final approval remains subject to internal verification.
No Cancellation After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our facility.
Cancellation requests may only be considered before shipment confirmation.
Van Rishi reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests after order processing has begun.
Natural Texture & Seasonal Variation Disclaimer
Van Rishi A2 Gir Cow Ghee is traditionally prepared and free from stabilizers or artificial texture agents.
Due to natural seasonal and temperature variations:
- granules may melt
- texture may become semi-liquid
- grain formation may vary
- color may slightly differ between batches
These changes are completely natural and do not indicate spoilage, adulteration, or quality defects.
During summer and high-temperature transit conditions, ghee may arrive in melted or semi-liquid form. This is a normal characteristic of authentic traditionally prepared ghee.
Re-solidification may naturally occur when stored at cooler temperatures.
Delivery Address Responsibility
Customers must ensure:
- correct shipping address
- valid mobile number
- availability to receive the order
Van Rishi shall not be responsible for failed deliveries due to:
- incorrect address
- unreachable phone number
- repeated delivery failures
- refusal to accept delivery
Additional shipping charges for re-delivery may apply where applicable.
Force Majeure
Van Rishi shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to fulfill shipments caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters
- floods
- strikes
- lockdowns
- transportation disruptions
- government restrictions
- extreme weather conditions
